Our story is a classic small town romance, with the quaint streets of downtown Orillia serving as our backdrop. We met on Match.com in 2022 and quickly discovered we were practically neighbours, living only a short distance apart.

Our first date began on the sidewalk outside the Hog & Penny and turned into an epic tour of the town—from wine and beer at Couchiching Brewery to wings at Studebakers and live music at Kensington’s. We talked until the early morning hours, knowing even then that we’d found something special.

In July 2024, we decided to honour where it all began. We revisited every spot from our first date, ending at the town dock at sunset. It was there that the question was asked, a 'yes' was said, and our next chapter began.

Four years later, we’ve turned our house on Orsi Drive into a home, shared with Emmett, Lily and our very spoiled German Shorthaired Pointer. We can’t wait to celebrate where it all began!
